[2010-10-28] Server update

Updated server to use PHP 5.3 instead of the older 5.2. Several things have changed in PHP with that, so if there are any weirdness, inform me.
Default timezone should now be UTC instead of EET/EEST, not sure how forums handle timezone internally though.
